Criminals to be tagged like dogs
The RFID braclets currently used to tag convicted criminals are about as effective as Circus Labour with around 2,000 criminals manage to evade monitoring by tampering with the devices.
So what is planned is inserting the chip under the criminals skin. This is extremely good news for the rest of us but will no doubt bring screams from the do gooders, Prisoner support groups and Muslims.
