Despite what African dictators and western socialists and "Do Gooders" would like you to believe, Africa really does have only its self to blame for its shit state.
The truth is Africans ARE fucking stupid and really do prefer sitting around under trees scratching their arse's and playing with beads, mirrors and mobile phones, much more than trying to build a civilised society.
You simply cannot help those who do not or cannot move past the tree dwelling stage.
An albino girl was murdered and dismembered in northern Tanzania on Oct. 19 in the latest ritual killing linked to witchcraft, the African reported.
The attackers fled with some of the primary school student's body parts, the Dar es Salaam-based newspaper said today, citing Joseph Mayala, a ward councilor for the town of Segese. Earlier that day, President Jakaya Kikwete met with albinos at a rally in Dar es Salaam and vowed to develop policies to protect them, the African added.
At least 47 witch doctors and middlemen have been arrested for the murder of more than 30 albinos in the east African country this year, according to Tanzania's Albino Society. Some Tanzanians believe potions made with albino body parts and blood can bring prosperity and good health.
