Supermarket Greed fuels Booze Britains decline.

Supermarkets have been selling lager at a lower price than water. As part of bargain booze promotions, at least one chain is offering beer at 54p a pint.

A 750ml bottle of the best known bottled water brand, Perrier, sells for the equivalent of 57p a pint.

It is clear supermarkets are fuelling binge drinking in their drive to win customers, will anything be done about it? Not likely they contribute far too much money (Via Tax) for Circus Labour to waste on their primary spacial interest group The Feral Feckless Feeble Foreign and Failed.
