Its not "Happy Slapping" Its "Assault"

Circus Labour's Britain's "no one is to blame for anything" culture is really pissing me off, why do people insist on referring to filming people assaulting others as "happy slapping" it is Assault and those doing the filming are complicit in the attack.

We at the Smugboard are delighted that at last someone has decided to draw a line in the sand and start prosecuting these revolting creatures with real crime, and they have made an admirable start by prosecuting a 15yr old female who no doubt thought "No one can touch me for it, I never touched no one"
Well you revolting piece of dirt you got that wrong didn't you!

We do so hope you enjoy ,your hopefully long stay with the Bull Dykes.

A 15-year-old girl has admitted filming the death of a man on her mobile phone in a so-called "happy slapping" attack. She pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting manslaughter at Leeds Crown Court after filming the attack on Gavin Waterhouse last September.Mr Waterhouse, 29, from Keighley, later died from a ruptured spleen. The Crown Prosecution Service said the decision to prosecute the girl was a legal landmark. Mark Masters, 19, and a male, 17, have admitted manslaughter.

All three defendants will be sentenced at a later date.

A spokesman for the Crown Prosecution Service said: "Judith Naylor, crown advocate and junior counsel in this case, made a landmark decision when she advised that the female defendant be charged in respect of her actions, namely for the recording the attack which led to the death of Gavin Waterhouse on a mobile phone."

Det Supt Paul Kennedy said: "We are pleased with the outcome of this police investigation following what was an unprovoked and cowardly attack. Our thoughts are with Gavin's family."
