Dare we suggest they “start training non Bangladeshi chefs”? plenty of Poles, Russians & Ukrainians looking for low paid work out there

We are not that stupid as to believe the only people in the world who can cook a good curry come from Bangladesh, after all how many fish and chip shops are run by Brits nowadays!
